Afugiri Community Reaffirms Support for APC Senatorial Candidate Emeka Atuma

The All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the Abia Central Senatorial District, Hon. Emeka Atuma, has met with party members, community leaders and stakeholders in Afugiri Ohuhu, Umuahia North Local Government Area, as part of his consultations ahead of the forthcoming senatorial election.

The meeting was hosted by APC chieftain and Umuahia North Local Government Area Coordinator of the City Boy Movement, Prince Emeka Ihedioha, at his residence in Umuagu Ngolori, Afugiri Ohuhu.

The gathering attracted APC members, party leaders, youths, women and other stakeholders from the Afugiri Ohuhu community.

In his welcome address, Prince Ihedioha introduced Hon. Atuma and members of his delegation before declaring the meeting open.

Addressing the gathering, Atuma highlighted his record of service while representing the Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives and outlined his vision for the development of Abia Central Senatorial District.

He said he intends to build on his previous legislative experience and expand developmental initiatives across the senatorial district if elected.

Representatives of various groups within the community expressed support for the APC candidate during the meeting.

Speaking on behalf of the youths, the Afugiri Youth Leader, Kingsley Bob Eluwa, and the Youth Leader of Umuagu Ngolori Village, Onyekachi Nwaobiala, commended Atuma's leadership qualities and pledged the support of their respective groups.

The Woman Leader of Umuagu Ngolori, Madam Gold, also addressed the gathering, expressing confidence in Atuma's vision and commitment to community development.

The meeting concluded with prayers after stakeholders reaffirmed their commitment to supporting the APC candidate in the forthcoming election.
